The question we are going to look at today is does being fat cause piles? I’ve had a couple of readers ask me about that. So I thought I’d take a crack at clearing this all up. So lock yourself down, and we’ll get started!

All right, straight up we’ll look at as per usual , what are the most common causes of piles ? Initially we’ll look at what gets them started and after that we can start to look at how we can rectify the situation start to think about how to make them go away them]

Ok, For starters lets look at dehydration – a major cause of hemorrhoids. Dehydration causes constipation, constipation causes dry hard stool that are difficult to pass which causes many to strain and this creates extra pressure on the rectum, which inflames the vessels and the veins around the rectum. Poor bowel motion habits, straining, trying to rush the bowel motion, the reality is take your time, there’s no need to rush and if you believe there is a rush then hold off going to the toilet], because the increased strain, increasing the pressure on the pelvic floor and so on.

a couple of extra pounds], just that creates more pressure on the pelvic floor. And it’s safe that if you are overweight that also says that you probable eat a poor diet and that you have a definite lack of fiber in your diet and you are probably eating high fat foods and you’re probably eating sugary foods foods as well]. And almost without a doubt, you’re leading a lifestyle in which you don’t exercise very much, which also is a contributor to hemorrhoids.

So the question we’re here to answer is how does obesity actually affect hemorrhoids? All right, well, the first thing to note is a sedentary lifestyle means that less blood flows around the body. Now, your body is evolved in such a way that it removes toxins and it removes all the bad things that are in your body via the blood. So, if you’re not getting any exercise, well that blood flow is slowed in the extremities and in other areas, including in the rectum and so those deposits are not being regularly removed. If you’re eating low fiber foods which is pretty much all processed foods, then your stools will become dry and compact in you’ll start suffering from constipation. High fat foods do the same thing, they’ll give you constipation. To catch a video on this just rock on over to www.how-to-cure-hemorrhoids.com

So losing weight will help, we can all see that now. It will increase the blood flow around the body, and we can operate under the assumption is that you’ll be living a more active lifestyle now, which removes some of the deposits in the extremities. High fiber food such as fruits and vegetables, leafy green vegetables are perfect, because high fiber foods will make your stools softer and make them hold together a little bit better and you’ll pass them more easily. Increasing your water intake will soften the stools. In fact, if the only thing you do is drink more water that’s probably the biggest benefit that you can have. So add to your water intake and you’ll soften up your stools and lead to decrease constipation. And decreasing your body weight will definitely lead to lower pressure on the rectal veins, less pressure on the pelvic floor. Basically it’s all good, losing weight will definitely help you out.

Some medical practitioners believe that being overweight is one of the biggest causes of hemorrhoids in Americans today. So I’ll leave you with that. So you want to get rid of our hemorrhoids and it’s a not a long shot that you would also like to lose some weight if you’re a little bit overweight, what’s the best way to that? Eat natural foods, foods that are high in fiber, that’s fruits and vegetables, naturally made, try to stay away from processed foods if you can. Don’t forget that leafy green vegetables top the rest, they’re high in nutrients and they’re low in calories. Try to eat smaller meals regularly.

Now, our bodies have a mechanism that was useful back in the cave man days because you didn’t have food every single day. And so, basically, your body would store food it came to a time where you didn’t have much food. It does that via insulin which is something we’ll talk about at later date. If you have smaller meals regularly, your body will learn to use the energy that it derives from each meal and it shouldn’t store anything and hopefully it will in fact burn some of that fat. Don’t forget to drink lots of water, as I mentioned previously, if you do nothing else but to drink lots of water, that will, in fact to help you to shed some pounds. In terms of piles, the biggest benefit there will be, it’s going to soften up the stool and make it easier to pass.

Will Lack Of Water Cause Hemorrhoids?

October 19, 2009

it’s clear that dehydration definitely plays a big part in hemorrhoids. The next thing to do is find out what causes dehydration and how can i stop this from happening? Firstly, most people don’t have a high enough intake of water; it’s simple. Most people don’t drink enough water and in reality most people are aware that they don’t drink enough water. Instead of water, they try to replace it with coffee, tea and soft drinks, that sort of stuff.
